Bonifacio said that the village of Lawaan is among the benefitted barangays of the newly constructed concrete road funded by PAMANA stretching from the municipality of San Jose de Buan, an interior municipality of Samar, to Barangay Lokilokon of Paranas where the national highway is located. “Now that there is already a road going there, it’s high time for them to receive the services of the government,” she continued.

To date, Peace Caravans, initiated by PAMANA, had been conducted already in eight (8) municipalities covering 103 barangays in Samar Island.
